What’s reformer Pilates?
A low-impact, full-body workout on a spring-loaded carriage that builds core strength, improves mobility and posture, and supports mindful movement—great for all levels.

- When: Thursday, November 20, 6:30 PM
- Where: B Tone Fitness
- Cost: Class is free
- What to bring: Grip socks required (typically $15–$20). If cost is a barrier, RWW will cover it—no worries.
