We are thrilled to invite you to be a part of our inaugural Shadow Work Group Program, led by experienced shadow work specialist, Valerie Moon. This unique opportunity is available exclusively for clients who have achieved one year of sobriety or more.

What is Shadow Work?

Carl Jung’s Shadow work is a profound psychological approach that involves exploring the hidden aspects of our psyche—the parts of ourselves that we often ignore or suppress. It helps us acknowledge our inner struggles, fears, and unresolved issues, allowing for deeper self-understanding and acceptance. By engaging in shadow work, you can illuminate the darkness within, fostering healing and growth. This process can significantly benefit your recovery journey by helping you:

– Break free from limiting beliefs and patterns.
– Heal emotional wounds and trauma.
– Enhance self-awareness and emotional intelligence.
– Improve your relationships with yourself and others.
