Transitional Support Services (TSS) – TSS is a rehab program for men and women who are no longer experiencing physical withdrawal from drugs and alcohol. This program helps those who need a controlled environment to maintain sobriety. Key elements of the program include an integrated daily schedule to help clients learn skills to sustain recovery and the development of a transition plan to help clients find a suitable placement for continuation of treatment.
Halfway Houses – Halfway houses provide a structured, substance-free environment with clinical and peer support. These residential programs are for individuals who recently completed an impatient treatment program but still need structure and support in their recovery. Residents are encouraged to integrate with the community and are expected to engage in education, vocational training, or work, and are assisted to do so.
